What information is collected?
For the free introductory conversation, we ask for your name, email address, optional telephone number, preferred language and availability. Please do not share medical or therapy details here.
How is it used?
We use the details only to respond to your request and arrange an introductory conversation. The consultation request form uses FormSubmit to forward your enquiry to Gabi by email. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for up to 30 days. Please do not include sensitive health information. We do not use this form for marketing sign-ups.
Your choices
You can contact Gabi to request access to, correction or deletion of the information you submitted. We will respond as required by applicable data protection law.
Therapy information
Any medical histories, consent documents or clinical notes should be collected only through a separate, appropriately secured client system, not through this enquiry form or email.
